How to Delete File and Folder Could not find this Item

I have problem can not delete some files and folders when I used Camtasia edit my videos after done converted, and I have copy and move video to other folder but I can not move that folder and delete it out. When click on delete the Item not found and Could not found the item. 

Here is the solution that I would like to share to everyone by use a command prompt to delete it easy. 

Follow me step by step: 

1. Copy part of file (go to drive C: fine part of file)

2. run command as administrator:  cd (pass part of file) Enter

3. run command: dir /x

4. copy name before file or folder name

5. run command delete file:  rmdir /q /s (past that name here) and enter then your files or folder will be deleted 

1. Copy part of file in Drive C:

           by go to drive C: and => User that using converted with files and folder then click on top bar box

then Copy it

2. run command as administrator

             

            Now you go to command prompt as administrator and Enter command (cd) and space then past the part of file that you copy from drive C: by right click on your mouse and hit Enter. 

3. run command: dir /x

    After you hit Enter, it will go to this step run the command: dir /x then enter. (dir /x) mean that we go to directory part all. Here you will see all the folder on Camtasia with the folder name but you can not delete that folder name. You just copy the name before that folder

as show in screen shot and past to after you run the command: rmdir /q /s (name before that folder name) and Enter, you will be deleted it.

This is the command prompt that you should use to that, you can typing the command prompt the same:

rmdir /q /s LOOKAT~1,2,3,4,5... (this mean that you have copy all the name before that folders that you want to delete and past after delete command and use camas,,,, then hit enter, all those folders will be deleted out.
