How to change Root Password on VMware ESX

 

To change Root Password on VMware ESXi, login to your ESXi server and Hit F2 =>Configure Password and hit Enter then you will can change the new password as below. 

After you have changed the new password already =>Enter and press Y on your keyboard to save and you are done.
