Now How To Kh just show about how to Set up the card to Door Access for new member or staff only. This is mean that in the company if you have a new staff come to work in your company you have to set up Door Access Card for them like that.

 

             III.            Set up Door Access Card Reader with ZKAccess

 

Firstly, you have to go open the ZKAccess Security System Software and "login" by admin and password.

Then go to click "Personnel" then go => "Add" and fill in all information as require such as Personnel ID (it is just order number in this system after someone), First name, last name, Gender and Department as below

Enter user information as below, First name, Last name, Gender, Department

Then your mouse clicks on “Card Number box” in program, after that plugin the card reader to PC

And put the staff card on Card Reader to scan Card Number then card number will be pop up the number on Box => click OK.

After that time go to "Access Control" => Access levels to set Department  Access levels by text box or double click

And click symbol (>) and set time zone 24h => click OK then click “synchronize now”

Now to after click OK it has been running a few seconds then you have click on

=> Syne Now, then it will full run till 100% has done then click cancel as below.

             IV.            How to Test Door Access Card

Now you done configure the card to access the door. The card reader that plugin to PC can unplug. And you can test the new card to unlock the door as below. First, you have to close the door then use that card by put the card on to sensor on the wall to open the door, if well done it will unlock the door automatically. Now hope you all can do it in well done.
